1、The Miniature Yorksie This is the standard size yorkie， and was what we call the 'mini' in our kennel. The smallest of the three varieties， it can weigh as little as a pound and a half (690g) and measure about 7 inches at the withers（肩高）. They are adorable but need to be watched because they grow very quickly. A good pair of puppy teeth will help with this。 If you let them alone， they’ll just get bigger and bigger until they’re ready for their spay or neuter surgery
2、The Toy Yorkie This is our middle sized yorkshire terrier， which we call 'the toy' in our kennel。It weighs approximately two pounds（907g） and stands slightly taller than its mini counterpart——about 8 inches high at the withers. You’ll know one when you see one ——they have an air of 'I am gorgeous and here are my toys' that makes us laugh every time we see one. These are the yorkshire terriers that everyone sees on TV shows like Dog Whisperer或Pooch Perfume com。 They love to curl up in small spaces and look out of the corners of their eyes like they own the place ----which of course， they do.
3、The Standard Yorkie 最后我们要说的当然是标准的约克夏，在我们的犬舍中，我们管这个叫‘大玩具’。 大约重三磅（1.4公斤），身高大约10英寸（25厘米）。他们有着可爱的微笑和聪明的大脑，当你遇到它们的时候总想让它们无时无刻不和你在一起。你很难让他们单独待一会儿。如果你用手轻轻搔弄他们，就会听到他们心满意足地咕噜声。
